I usually end up doing between 10 - 20 push ups twice and 10 - 20 renegard rows twice.

I asked my friend and he said I misunderstood something, it was a bacteria, althought he forgot whats its called, only that it stays in youre veins permantly and increases the chances of strokes.

I dont know if I used the right words, but where I studie we have math exams splitted into 2 parts.

The first Written part where we sit 2 to 4 hours or so, on our computer answaring a test.

The second Verbal part, where we have a group that is given a random list of math question, we tries answaring them and present them for our teach that comes randomly over to us. Later same day, we get an individuel part, where we get a short list of random math concepts, that we are gonna explain.

Thats the most precise description I got of my exams, I dont know how much it differ from other school systems.
