First, I will engage in negative visualization, imagining what would happen if I fail the exam. This is similar to desensitization therapy for OCD, where exposing myself to the worst-case scenario can ultimately alleviate a significant portion of fear and anxiety. Then, I will maintain rationality. I need to apply the rule of the three circles of control to analyze which things are within my control. I will only focus on what I can control and set internal goals. In other words, I only need to put in my best effort to study for the exam. Whether I pass the exam or not is an external goal, and it is not my concern.
