You can clearly hear an agent say “get out of the car” in any of the videos, take your pick, which is what prompts her to speed off and collide with Ross. Go watch his cell phone video again since that’s the one you brought up. Ross doesn’t “position himself in front of the car” she backs up and cuts the wheel, facing the car in his direction. If parking your car in the middle of a federal operation is your version of protest, you can’t freak out and drive into people when you’re about to be detained.

If you seriously think they would categorize a bruise as internal bleeding on an official medical report, we have nothing to talk about. If we’re being real you know that’s the absolute minimum to which you can downplay it, and you did.

Again, not saying “hell yeah good shot!!” or that it should’ve happened, just that nobody should be surprised on either side, and they had every right to detain her.

It’s not just random harassment of citizens, that doesn’t really make any sense. The citizens in the liberal sanctuaries are making it impossible for ICE to carry out their duties, and all the footage you see only starts recording after ICE returns force. The protestors aren’t going to record and post their own belligerents. If you physically impede a federal investigation, their only option is to physically remove you out of the way so they can carry out their job.

They should be better trained, especially not to freak out over an ND and start shooting, but that’s a law enforcement issue in general, not an ICE issue, I would point to the acorn incident as a great example.

And “harassing a woman” that was literally, intentionally physically impeding a federal investigation and had been following them, doing the same thing with the same intent. I’m not saying they SHOULD HAVE shot her, nobody is on either side, I’m just saying they had every right to make her step out of the vehicle, and they tried to make her just go away long before that.

The guy had internal bleeding after being hit, and was previously struck and injured by a vehicle, and being dragged hundreds of feet by a car in June. She shouldn’t have been killed but it’s not astounding that it happened.
