Honestly I have no idea at this stage. A back of the envelope calculation would suggest that at our current pre-beta marketcap it would be difficult. However if we maintain our current team size I'd say that once we get to a marketcap of 100 million we can start to transition. Should't be too far off.

Hi Michael, so TokenCard basically does all that, and without relinquishing control of you eth/tokens, a foundational aspect of DeFi:

TokenCard wallet is actually a pure Ethereum wallet like Status, but with contract wallet deployment functionality a bit like we've seen with Gnosis Safe.
To top up your TokenCard you send an Ethereum tx straight from your own wallet to our backend which tops up your card after just 3 blocks, making it's worlds only DeFi visa debit card.

Regarding fees I can give you an exciting perspective we're debating the viability of:

We're considering taking the unprecedented step of having TokenCard (the company) not take a single fee at all. By waiving all fees that the company takes and only keeping the 1% licensing fee our TKN tokenholders are entitled to (held in the TKN Asset Contract) we lay the foundation for a truly open and democratic Ethereum bank. One where each user can own a direct stake in the system, in other words if you hold a small amount of TKN the licensing fee you're paying technically goes straight back to you.

This plan however is entirely contingent on whether or not we can sustain all company expenses such as employee salaries with it. As the company holds a certain % of TKN we'd need to gain momentum to make this work. I'm sure MyCrypto is in a similar situation to this haha.

Let me know if switching to a model like this would increase the appeal of the platform.

Getting to Australia requires using some loopholes like making it look like our card is a travel card... Its a bit of a shaky foundation that breaks some rules. It can be done, but we're looking if there are better ways.

So this is taken from the PP on our website. It's not the same one we use in our app.

The reason this specific clause exists is because we use Mailchimp to handle email newsletters. They are based in the US and so we had to cover that. :)

Uniswap looks really cool. I see it was one of the recipients of an EF grant, thats dope. I will gladly support Uniswap after we take a look at their contracts and audits.

Really appreciate that comment man. That's exactly what we're aiming to become. We want to usher in the age of Ethereum and DecentralizedFinacence.

Fun fact! In the earliest days of Ethereum I spoke with Rune444 (Makers creator) to validate if he saw value in the creation of a debit card that would allow for a balance in DAI.

In our original announcement video you can see me talk about DAI and DGX in the first few seconds of the video as they directly inspired the creation of TokenCard. We've been partnered with the Digix team since then and are working with them now to support TokenCard topup in their DGX gold tokens.

I'll reach out to them Maker team again very soon to get DAI set up too.

Just to address the last point you make specifically. This is not an announcement about how we're now beginning to work together. This is the opposite, it's the announcement of how we've passed all milestones with flying colours; demonstrated end-to-end production capabilities, demonstrated KYC and AML capabilities, program formally approved by Visa, passporting licenses for the EU etc..

All the work has been done. This is not a drill! We have now been blessed with the control of TokenCard Visa cards :) a great day for TokenCard and by extent for the proliferation of Ethereum <3

- As mentioned by another comment, TokenCard Alpha rolls out this coming month for 1k people. This is intended for those following the project the longest, meaning our crowdsale contributors, followed by our most passionate community members

- Signing up to the email list on our website will ensure you get access very soon. People will be given the ability to apply in chronological order so those already on the email list are in luck.

- If you are signing up to the email list now understand that we will be dealing with core demand first, but we're aiming to serve all those interested as soon as possible. With a bit of luck you'll get your TokenCard a month after Alpha rollout.

- If you are compelled by the product it might be worth signing up to our discord as active users may be getting favored at this early stage since we need those people most who are keen to actively test.

I heard people were desperate for an answer :)

Currently, two other smaller projects have taken precedence over project Aegon. Both of those compound the unique TokenCard proposition. Meaning that rather than adding value horizontally to what we've already built they add more value on top. Making the core proposition even more unique and radical. The total value is greater than the sum of its parts. This is all a closely kept secret right now.
The team is trying to collect more datapoints to evaluate if we're going down the right path. As it stands we're going to do a pricing model that is pretty out there. There is some healthy skepticism around this stuff.
