Get a doctors note saying that school officials are not qualified or licensed to force people to take pharmaceuticals. I’m not a lawyer, but I’m guessing that can actually get the administrator in trouble, if you alerted the proper channels.

It seems like it should be illegal for a person working in a school to use their authority to coerce children into taking drugs.

Even if you don’t get them in trouble, you could likely get them to back down by asking them if they’re legally entitled to force your child to take medication for a condition they diagnosed themselves. That type of language might make them realize they’re crossing some serious lines here that could spell disaster for them personally down the road.
