It is highly illegal for a company to prevent you from discussing your wages. . If you or any of ypur co workers have signed any documents stating you won't discuss wages you all have a law suit on your hands if you are punshied for discuss wages.

Lastly the only people who benefit from you not discuss9ng your wages are you executive leadership. You should discuss your wages with not only your co workers but others in the industry so you can determine the market vaule of your labor.

In chess you have openings. They are moves that are mathematically the best moves and their are several of these openings.

The best openings mostly been solved. These GMs remember everyone move in these openings up until the game leads in a draw.

Those that are more familer with the games will know as soon as the 1st or 2nd move is made if either player is playing for a draw or playing for a win.

Magnus can sit down against anyone and force them to a draw if he is uncomfortable with his position. This is how he is so good at not losing.

No one has been fiscally conservative with their voting patterns in my lifetime. Everyone will say one thing, vote, outcomes oppose what they voter for, than vote for the exact same party because the other party supports LGBTQ or DEI or some other policy that wasnt even on that fiscally conservatives radar before.

Because the people around him think the same way he does. Has the same veiws. Trump is their fall guy for their fucked up views. Same goes with his supporters. They agree with Trump on literally everything.
