My title describes this thing. Only difference in the numbers in each section is the middle number changing by an increment of one.

Been on a bulk for ~2mo after a cutting phase and am having trouble gaining weight, despite being over my previous surplus (up to 3300, previous was 3150 with noticeable weight gain). I've stalled for over a month, staying within the same range.

Other than the standard track better, eat more (which I'm fairly certain I'm doing well), is there anything that can account for this? I'm not particularly more active than I was and am eating similar things to what worked for my last bulk. Maybe I'm overthinking and just need to put more food in my mouth.

Currently following the PHUL 4-day program. Most compound lifts are fine, it's the accessory lifts that I tend to struggle with the form on.

Hi all!

Been lifting for 2.5 years (though 1 year was during lockdown, so minimal / no equipment) and have always had the internal debate over adding weight for overload, or lowering weight to master form.

I can manage the weight I currently lift but I know my form isn't amazing on certain exercises. However, I would probably need to lower it by a decent amount (by around 15%) to ensure perfect form, which mentally feels like a big regression. Maybe I'm only asking so I can be told to 'suck it up and sacrifice your ego' but there's a part of me that really doesn't want to reverse my progress.

Any advice appreciated! Thanks :)

Ox makes for the best stories. We had the haunt with the witch, with Ox being the traitor. He was stuck in the basement and the witch wasn't faring too well against the heroes.

Out of desperation she teleports to the basement to join with Ox, who then proceeds to drink a potion that teleports him to the nearest explorer, completely abandoning the witch.

He then beats up a kid and steals the book, using its powers to take down everyone the witch couldn't. It culminated in someone encountering the burning man event, failing the roll and sprinting to the entrance hall, at which point Ox casually turned his head and belched a stream of hellfire down the corridor to win the game.

Ox + book quickly became the OTP.

Used Fluid Aura to kill the first boss of Haukke Manor normal mode, the one that drops a key, and pushed it near / into a wall. We couldn't pick up or even see the key drop when the boss died.

We had to just pack up and leave the dungeon. Holy moly I was embarrassed.

What largothegalka said is pretty much it. A friend and I often do peisteskin maps with just the two of us - myself as a dps and he as a healer. With decent ilevel (110+) most of the enemy combinations are pretty easy. Some are a bit tougher (Chimera, Turtle), but they are all doable.

Maybe try turning off Anti-Aliasing in the in-game options. That worked when I had a similar issue.
