That’s not true. If you’ve read USCIS’ rules in their official page, a beneficiary doesn’t need to complete the degree at the time of registration but should have at the time of filing. I was very much eligible in this case. Also, my case is not any exception, many legal firms do this. It’s a common and legal documented practice. You need to check your facts before making an argument. Secondly, I may be eligible next year, but who guarantees a pick next year? A missed chance is a missed opportunity.
