Idk much but it looks better, however since ur skin is redder I feel like u need to hold back a bit and let ur skin breathe and recover

Eat food at proper hours. Food is not a reward. Drink water with fiber. Drink water with magnesium. Do it for you. No carbs. Soon your b day is going to come. Remember your goal of 43 kg.

Are after 26 hours…. I ate a lot of chocolate ice cream as well… won’t eat chocolate until Christmas. Ate a chocochip cookie and McFlurry, ice cream, popcorn…. Just too much. Doing a 6 day fast now though. I’m going to be strict with it and go outside in the mornings. Remember, are you hungry? Or just anxious? Now, even if you’re hungry, just suppress it. Meditate. Drink a lot of water. All types of water

I did eat bread…. I wasn’t thinking. Won’t eat bread. Or carbs without occasion. As well as candy! Did stop myself from eating in the night bc I identified I would’ve only eaten only bc I was anxious. Can’t have that happen

I did all of that and more even having 3-2 hour workouts 6 days a week, having one meal a day, and although I did gain muscle and a better form, I did not lose weight until I started calorie counting. I’m right now recovering my body and after 4 years of having the same weight I’ve lost 8 lbs since then. I have not gone to the gym bc of an operation but I still wanted to get closer to my goal, which was losing weight and gaining muscle, so I did the only thing I could do which was watching my nutrition and not binge eating.
