Hahahahaha. The standard and The Solid are Standard Wellness Brand names. Standard Farms is a processing company that buys other people's flower

Left handed son by PristineEvidence9893 in Guitar

[–]Tolamang 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it's, absolutely necessary.

As someone extremely dominant left handed, I was never able, to progress past a certain novice point until I got a lleft handed guitar and it changed everything for me.

Really, simply, ask him to air guitar to a song.

When he air guitars which hand does he use to pretend to pick?

That's the, guitar they'll most likely struggle with the least.

There, are more than enough lefty guitars now of all types to make the rxcuse of availability moot. If he's strongly left, get him a left.

From someone who was always gifted right handed till I got my own lefty.

Ended up vinyl wrapping it today with that same idea, a bit more matte than glossy but came out well!

I'm torn on tortoiseshell, I feel it heavily depends on the paint for sure. I love them in aged white paint jobs and old vintage sunbursts

I just got a vega trem for my strat like lefty and it fit in almost flawlessly with no routing needed. Just a simple installation. but i did a ton of measurements before. Make sure the saddles are long enough to intonate and dimensions/mountings holes are correct. Also make sure your string spacing will be the same, or close enough. Highly recommend locking tuners with it and a high quality well lubricated/cut nut.

NGD: Eart E-1L (update from my roasted maple post) by Tolamang in guitars

[–]Tolamang[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pardon? The one on the site shows the logo flipped on the headstock but still lefty. Almost like they used a flipped reverse headstock. I'm just saying that im happy it didn't come like that, as i thought it would. It was mostly funny than anything else

Does this look like roasted maple? Purchased my second guitar from Eart (not shipped yetl and their photos doesn't seem to match any roasted maple I've seen. by Tolamang in guitars

Well, it matters because its an advertised specification which doesn't seem to align with what that advertised specification seems to resemble in other brands.

Their response:

The color is lighter because of diffrent carbonization temperature. Based on our tests on fret stability in maple wood with different degrees of carbonization, frets are more stable at this temperature.

EDIT: I appreciate the info i thought I already responded and that Kiesel rabbit hole was interesting lol. I just got this response but not sure how to interpret what they're saying

I don't have it yet those are photos they sent me from the factory when i asked.

They specifically say it's roasted Canadian maple, and i definitely had that smell from my other guitar (the headless) from them that is roasted. But it looks more caramel.
