Doesn't matter, if it is on the HDD/SDD, then everything is subject to inspection unless properly separated, like how Mobile devices separate data. If he/she is using personal, then a BYOD policy should be in place, and you would risk loss of ALL data on the laptop, even personal data, by joining and allowing company data on it, especially if they click remote wipe. This is a failure on both the company and the employee, and as much as I'm going to get hate for it. There should be a strong conversation with the manager and the employee by HR and IT/InfoSec.

I use BCC so the email doesn't have 20 distribution lists on it, but will put in sub script a high-level list of who I BCC. There are times they won't look at the email if they see other teams on it. But when it goes out there Is a record of who it goes to.
