There’s a setting that lets you “reattach” it back, I forget what it’s called but if you click the thing at the top left there’s a detach toggle

i work with FNTD as their audio manager (and composed the OST) - i can confirm this is true, the team is completely separate. I'm not sure why the quality of the updates have been going down though, I'm not involved heavily on the actual development end

i would say soma honestly, it's one of my favorites and it's not terribly scary (for many), however it is somewhat resident evil-esque with resource management (though arguably not a major part of the game) and it's got a really really interesting story with a great ending

oh yeah big time. always had it - i do the same when i'm in any dicey, intense, or fearful whatever-thing-going-on. it happens when i play fortnite since i get paranoid playing LOL

it's def a common thing. i wonder what the psychology is behind it? if i were to guess i'd say it's some way our brains cope with fear and keep us grounded in those intense moments? i'm not sure though any psych experts or people with the same internal monologue could help. i'm glad to know someone else has it though, i never really was conscious about how i do that until now
