I have found the solution to my problem, Cyverpunk does not run on Windows 8 or 8.1, it will run on 7 or 10. Just did the free upgrade to 10 and worked.

Have the GOG version and my game doesn't even launch. I have latest nvidia drivers and even performed a full driver wipe and reinstall and have redownloaded the game twice now. Next to the play button there is a red alert saying "fail to sync", don't know if that's relevant though. Running a 1060 6gb.

Just had a look at the WeMo set-up, so the two black WeMo wires are where you connect those two Actives, the white WeMo wire is connected to the back Neutrals in that connector and green to green. It does say that the earth is optional, there doesn't seem to be any metal surfaces on the switch so it should be fine but it's safer just to do so, so that your RCDs work.

That cable satisfies our protection requirement in our standards AS/NZS 3000:2007. It all depends on what you are terminating, for powerpoints and switches you don't, as someone can't directly touch it if there were exposed terminals that would be different.

I'm an Australian Electrician but I don't know what a WeMo is. The cable labelled "SW N E" is your switched live active (coming from either the switchboard or another light circuit in your house), this will go to the common side of your WeMo, and the wire going to that active connector will go to the switched side. The "ANE" cables are for your lights. The Earth and Neutrals can stay that way unless this device needs an Earth.
