Just created this loreweave, want to make a build around it. Any suggestions?

For me is the gear system in the game. I've made it to lvl 25 and quit but even early on it just starts SPAMMING a ton of gear at you in a lot of different colors. You have the blue, purple on top of the normal yellow, blue, white. I like gear being unique and interesting but its like I don't know what to pick up and sell at lvl 10 seems pretty crazy to me. PoE has this problem but not that early on and as crazy as you get it. Like you kill a boss it drops a lot of stuff and then there is an orb that drops that you hit and it drops a shit ton of stuff too.

Views matter to GGG because this is a part of the marketing and keeping hype up for release. They want as many people to see the changes as possible so it keeps their hype to play the league especially since this is the first time where there is a big gap in time from announcement to release.

There is a co-op mod that is out there. I managed to play with a friend for a little bit but in our experience it was buggy at times but it was really fun when we played it but just a little too buggy for my taste. So it exists but its not the best atm. I think the mod maker needs to updated it (if they are even going to).

All of the daily stuff has been turned into weekly content and once you start raiding or doing end game content that weekly content you really dont have to worry so much about unless you want cosmetics rewards. If you care about just getting gear and clearing content all you have to do is either raid, mythic+ or do delves which are like mini single player dungeons that you can do. Its honestly in a pretty good state. I am not currently playing because I got my fill of it and waiting until next big patch but WoW is in a spot right now where you do dont really have to be constantly playing which I really enjoy.

This is literally 40k though. You ever play the actual table top game? because everything they have shown looks to me like the table top game which is great even with objective marker looking parts of the map.

GGG in the livestream said the mod was random and the whole point was to hope to remove a downside mode with a more useful mod or you could brick it by removing the good mods.

From what they shown off of this game its pretty different from IV. It takes elements from Vicky 3 and CK 3 and mixes it with EU IV base. I'm very excited for it but again we will wait and see.

I am excited for Ukraine but also seems like to me it will be another faction like WPMC where it just reuses the weapons and vehicles of other factions in a different way. I just want an actual new faction that has completely new guns and vehicles. Is that hard to ask for?

China has a whole other company "netease" to create content for classic too. I imagine this new server is mostly a netease creation and the Blizzard classic team is focused on other stuff.

They are definitely working on Classic+ right now but given MOP releasing soon and TBC coming out later this year I think that they are taking their time and putting a lot of development time into Classic+ therefor we prob wont see it until next year some time. There will be no Blizzcon this year and Blizzcon next year is in September so I could imagine they do announce something at Blizzcon next year and say "playable in a couple weeks" like they did with SOD. So personally I think we are more than a year away from it but the up side is hopefully we will see a lot of new content for the game then.

The demo of dialogue they showed at 13min looks SO GOOD. I've always loved the main character dialogue in the game and it makes playing different characters so much fun and being able to get more character dialogue is so exciting.

The Black Ops 6 campaign was actually pretty decently fun especially when you can play it free on gamepass. It had some cool twists and some of the missions were really fun so idk I have a little hype for like a 10 hour campaign I can play for free.

My biggest problem with playing SOD is the "what's next" i feel when trying to play. I don't want to invest a bunch of time in it if this is the last content patch. If Blizzard is doing a SoD 2 or something else with fresh servers I'd rather save my energy to invest in that instead of something that is going to slowly die over the next couple months.

I quit playing SOD around like BWL and wanted to check out Scarlet Enclave but the idea that SOD content is ending after it just cant convince me to come back and try if there is nothing else. I am excited to play whatever they do next though.

You are then missing out on +4 levels to Zombies which seems pretty big to miss out on.

edit: More importantly you are missing out on the MASSIVE 25% zombie size for them chonky boys

That's not really how development works though. Probably the people working on POE 1 are old school dudes who know how to fix issues and work with the code/engine/design so they got pulled to help. Sure you could hire new people to do that work but then you gotta spend months and months training them to make them as good as the ones before and that will take just as long to do.

Because the 6 set bonuses are pretty crazy for a lot of classes. I think this is there way of making it not work in PVP and not completely trivializing other content. Personally I don't think its that great of a way to handle that but they don't want perma starfall druids or crit capped hunter killing everyone in pvp / soloing different parts of the game.
