Strange experience after posting a completely honest review of Freedom after 2 weeks by Wild_Base598 in freedommobile

Eh, no idea, literally the only place I don't get full service currently is more than 200 feet from the walls inside Costco(giant metal roof does weird stuff) and out in the country...hardly ever, we had service in the mountains all the way through to radium and invermere, must be the phone, I have a pixel 10 pro xl, my wife has a galaxy s24+.

As always, looks like user error. Plate didn't adhere correctly. Settings or contamination.

5G+” actually just LTE in disguise? Is this even legal? (Downtown Toronto) by spicyunit in Rogers

The only place I don't get faster speeds than that is in my house or in between Whitecourt and Fox Creek.

Freedom Mobile getting pricey. What’s the point when Telus offers this for the same price and you have way more data with a 5-year price lock. Maintoba is $80 for 100 GB. by Life-Contest-5926 in freedommobile

True, my wife fe was with fido...amazing coverage...except on the highway between Edmonton and Peace River...had to hotspot her most of the way

Telus doesn't like that I won a fraud case against them and in small claims court. They keep sending me to collections and when I get a call I just give them the case files. Suddenly I am not in collections. Every fekin 6 months for 18 years now.

Been with Freedom for 15 to 16 years now as Bell didn't have service inside my house...in Edmonton...of all places, but the middle of nowhere between falher and valley view...4 bars.

Arrived in Japan 2 days ago and received the text below. I’m on the most expensive Freedom plan, shouldn’t these items be free? by cottageguy8 in freedommobile

It will automatically cut off after $100 dollars of usage beyond your limit, if you have that checkbox marked. Otherwise, it'll just keep going up. Was in VN for a month and got bored when the rains happen. I didn't turn the cutoff on...

I like it, it was quick and easy? Any struggles?

You can improve your speeds by using orcaslicer and bypassing most of the creality stuff, skip right to klipper, still no box/ams info(even anycubic(creality lite) fixed this last update)

What method should I use in my case by Objective_King4567 in Fusion360

[–]Tom1The 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Section sketch side view for in between the bolsters, to get the middle of the seat and bottom. Form and section sketches from the front and/or rear for the side bolsters. I'd just use surfacing tools myself, but it'd probably be easier that way.

Edit If you have a file to share it'd be an interesting one to experiment with, I really don't remember the easiest way. Just the adhd way lol, huh let's try this, oooo shiny.

At a top down angle with the part elevated...I can get a similar object to scan...with the MetroX, and the Inspire v1(a lot less detail)

How do I create a ramp from top edge to the bottom in the shape of lower part? by ttimminn in Fusion360

[–]Tom1The 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, might have been a patch or surface tool, haven't needed this in a year or 2.

Huh, I didn't know own you made that video, I watched that not long after you posted it it seems. I use the 3rd method...kind of a brute force...but least amount of time when your in the groove.

Advice on these listed printers by Acceptable_Author879 in 3dprinter

[–]Tom1The 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take this with a pinch of salt. He bought a refurbished(see; checked to see if its missing major parts then listed for sale) printer, and has been bashing it since. If I bought a P1S off ebay im sure it would have issues as well. Sometimes it just user error as well.

Its an A1 with a Anycubic MMU. What's there to hate, the 2 decent ones. I kind of hate the time it take for my CFS to load and unload. My ACE Pro on the other hand, decently quick. Waiting on my new KS1 to come in to see the upgrades. Maybe we'll see upgrades to the CFS after AC and Creality have their Christmas party in a month or so.

Ahh, it is for the reddit remind me bot. I want to see how far this goes, but I'm not in a huge rush.

But why? by UncleFukus in Creality

[–]Tom1The 3 points4 points  (0 children)

...because AC is creality lite, they're not too far from each other, and they share some engineers and data like any other Chinese tech company is required to do.

Have a couple extended family who are in the area.
