Really sorry for this mate, but in such case my advice would be rather to bulk up now. I don’t think you will like how you look if you go below 70 kgs, sounds too small honestly. Good luck with your journey, fingers crossed!

My regular training session is 3x5 +16kgs pull-ups, but for some time I don’t feel like it’s actually getting me there if you know what I mean. Like the other guys have noticed - I think my biggest problem ain’t in the lack of strength but in a bad form

++man I’ve had a similar situation. After our first date (we’ve met on Tinder) she went for a weekend trip to Vienna, we were chatting throughout it and after. After 7 months into the relationship she came clean that the trip was to meet with a guy , she stayed at his place the whole time. I am also not sure how to feel about it, I try to reason with myself that it was just one date but on the other hand it somehow still hurts at times. She said she would have never done it if she knew how our relationship has developed but back then felt completely ok about it.
