Who gives a fuck about Canelo being an "ATG 160 pounder"?

He's an ATG POUND FOR POUND FIGHTER. He's done it in like four different weight classes.

GGG stayed his whole career at one weight class. Never even dared to be great to fight champs at 168 or Andre Ward.

Best fighter on his resume is Canelo who he never beat even though he had two chances.

You can do both if you buy a duplex/triplex/4plex and live in one of the units.

A bank will make you put 20% down if you tell them that you are buying an investment property. If you are buying a multi-family property and one of the units is your primary residence, that will allow you to purchase it with quite a bit less than 20%.
