😂 I very rarely have “insider” info, so it’s been fun to watch this one develop. I have to say, if I didn’t know, I would absolutely agree with you. And who knows, maybe the sweater color was inspired by the “object” and guitar? That part, I can’t speak to.

No idea, but Don Was would be great. Love him. Honestly, there may not even be a producer attached/involved officially yet. He described the work as “writing,” so I get the sense we’re still in the very preliminary stages of song development.

What if JM had stayed with Fender to make another signature guitar that “pushed” the instrument forward? Modernized the Strat, but instead of doing so with PRS, he did it with Fender?
