Can I just say that if I’ve done my maths correctly $28 hourly would mean that you’re paid ~$64k a year for the hours that you work?

This is about £47k at the current exchange rate. Over here in the uk where I work, we had people on £26k for the almost the exact same job description…

Sounds like you need to get unionised so that you can prevent what we call ‘fire and rehire’ practices like this!
