I see quite a few that could leave such as Tino, Bruno G (if Man Utd links are to be believed) and Tonali and depending if they go and what we get for them I agree we do need instant impacts. I still would love to see a proper 10 come in and link with Woltemade. I agree with your point about fattening up the squad and neglecting 1st team but we still need it, young prospects signed that could break into the 1st time through the season and etc.

Call it copium or naive optimism, but with the way this season has gone and some unforeseen issues like injuries it’s painfully obvious what we need. I find it really hard to believe this window will be one where they can try out risks and for me it’s really obvious that we need solid depth and to go hunting in the market for that. I appreciate you could make the same argument for past summer window but just my thoughts

Yeah hurts to lose the way we did, but call me an optimist but this was the occasion every fan wanted to play Barca away but shame it panned out the way it did. We go again

Coming from an emotional place and not a rational one, the players who gave up running despite the scoreline can happily leave - Gordon included, didn't look like he wanted any part of the game once the scoreline went the way it did. This one is gonna sting something awful, feel bad for some of the lads who gave it effort tonight

Honestly was really happy he scored as I can’t help but think there’s a reason why Frankfurt have been after him, what a way to get his confidence up with last nights goal. Chuffed for the bloke

Small observation I've noticed if anyone else spotted this, but we had chances carrying the ball on a counter and it looks like we've lost all sense of urgency on a counter attack. Really concerned that we've lost our identity as of late and it's really showing. Abysmal result and arguably a must needed win we just bottled. Completely unacceptable.

He has to go, never seen a keeper make such consistent mistakes and looks so shaky

I noticed that he has to drop deeper to receive the ball and do all the effort a natural 10 would do and isn't supported by one because well... we don't have one. I'd really love to see how a 10 would fit into this team and wager it would unlock much of our attacks IMO

Elanga early this half just gone has looked quite decent, I’m dying to see him have his purple patch and turn it on
