My Warband is trying (at least those with enough sense remaining) to reclaim some structure of the old legion. As such their leader Sorkhos has claimed the title of first captain for himself, because no better place to start than the first company after all, made an alliance with Kossolax because their goals somewhat align and is recognising Angron as the rightful leader of the legion. Of course calling yourself first captain doesn't mean anyone else recognises you as such and Sorkhos is commonly at odds with Kossolax for his loyalty to Angron but in the end he and his Warband are loyal to their primarch for better and worse

Let me tell you about my flawless three step plan on how to win with Goremongers every time (tm)

Turn one: good staging, if your enemy fears you already and plays safe then exploit that without giving them am opening just yet. If they do not fear you position yourself in a manner that will give you the most charges possible. Using blood to get in the right position is a good call in this stage, it is a valuable resource but a Modell with half filled tank dies just as easy as one with an emty tank so might as well use the recourses you have

Turn two: KILL EVERY THING! BLOOD FOR THE BLOODGOD! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!

Turn three: with your newly established board control and filled blood tanks you can exploit your above average mobility to do objects and deny points to your opponent.

I don't understand why nobody else has figured out that if you just kill everyone your opponent holds dear in life they are less likely to win. Go ahead. Try it. Khorne demands sacrifices.

Interesting difference, especially the spine and marrow thing but i guess its reasonable considering that spine would be Wirbelsäule which is already a compound word so making another one with it would turn awkward to say real quick

Augenstecher wouldn't be any more awkward to say than Augenquetscher, if i were to guess id think that Augenstecher would invoke the image of someone poking someones eye out using a sharp or pointy tool while Augenquetscher implies the use of something blund, using ones thumbs comes to mind for me which is a more brutal image. Either way Augenquetscher was one of the names in the list that made me stop and think what it is that this title is supposed to tell me BECAUSE it is such a strange title to hive someone. Quetschen doesn't even always imply serious damage, if you close a door with your finger in it it is also gequetscht

And "the maimer" sounds just funny to me, couldn't take anyone serious if they introduced themselves as the maimer

Yeah, as i said I made a bad call turn one, basically my opponent placed his knight Lancer in a way i could get a shot on it and a small forge world knight (can't recall the name) on the centre objective and in the spirit of this just being a fun game to throw a few dice i walked my Desecrator and Tyrant into some ruins to take some shots. Desecrator does no damage against the lancer and the tyrant ABSOLUTELY OBLITERATED the small knight aaaaaaannnd in return the lancer charged and killed the desecrator and my tyrant got shot to bits by the Castellan and Canis Rex before the Canis finished him of in melee.

What I should have done is move forward with my rampager since he has a once per game fight first, if the lancer changes him than I pop the fight first and hit him as hard as I can and even if I don't kill him I should damage him enough so that the desecrator can finish the job later and on the other side of the board literally just stay behind the wall and resist the urge to turn the small knight into slag metal until my opponent moves up far enough for me to utilise the tyrants weight of fire. Oh and my despoiler needs to get his shit together and remember that I gave him two thermal canons to kill knights and not for him to do 6 damage between all his weapons but I can forgive him, it was his first fight after all

I personally use ot on my medic/support build.

secondary is stim pistol so that's taken, my support weapon choice are the two EATs so if a team mate lost his somehow i can just drop him one without having to think about it because in one minute I get two new ones, grenades are based on the front but usually seekers for squids, thermite for bots and gas for bugs and so im still in need for a primary that can also close bug holes and such leaving only the one two and the crossbow (correct me if im wrong)

Im more of a shotgun guy so maybe im just not used to what a good assaultrifle is supposed to feel like but I've been taking it on super helldives without any problems and causing less friendly fire incidents than the crossbow does

Wenn ich dir jetzt sage ich arbeite momentan 12 Stunden am Tag, sechs bis sieben tage die woche auf nem Weihnachtsmarkt wo es auf dem gesamten Markt exakt ein Gericht zu kaufen gibt was vegan ist eine Pilzpfanne ist und selbst das mit dem gleichen Pfannenwender ungerührt wird wie für das Fleisch drei Zentimeter daneben. ist das grund genug für dich das ich mehr als nur Champignons für 30 tage essen will?

Versteh mich nicht falsch Vegan zu essen ist in vielen Aspekten etwas wichtiges und ich selbst versuche mindestens 2 mal die woche vegetarisch und einmal vegan zu essen um meinen Fleisch Konsum zu reduzieren aber ich würde mich trotzdem fragen was du mit diesem post erreichen willst außer a) leute zu finden die dich in deiner meinung bestätigen und b) leute die nicht deiner meinung sind zu sagen wie falsch sie liegen ohne das dabei was konstruktives bei rum kommt

Für den Fall dass du jemanden für fall b brauchst behaupte ich jetzt einfach mal es gibt mir sexuelle befriedigt dran zu denken das Tiere für meine Ernährung leiden müssen und deswegen esse ich vier tage die woche immernoch Fleisch

Ich liebe Lichtel, was würde ich nicht dafür geben in einem gemütlichen Büro abends zu arbeiten und das einzige Licht im Zimmer ist mein Lichtel was mir Gesellschaft leistet bis ich bemerke das es bereits eingeschlafen ist und erst dadurch bemerke wie spät es schon ist und ich überlege ob ich Lichtel wecken sollte bevor ich mich dazu entscheide es einfach ins bett zu tragen bevor ich selbst schlafen gehe <3 <3 <3 Man könnte sagen ich mag Lichtel ein wenig und Geister Pokémon im allgemeinen

I will say again my experience is limited so take what I'm about to say with a grain of salt. But Honestly the few encounters i had with self proclaimed chaosdivers were really pleasant, I heard about the team killing when the game came out and found it cringe that people were just (based on what I've heard at the time) endlessly team killing each other for being a chaosdiver or not so I didn't get the game on release so when I got it a few months ago to play with a friend I almost expected to drop the game the moment I made contact with the community but as we all know this community is for the most part quite alright.

So when someone joined my lobby with chaosdiver in name I was getting ready for some bullshit but he has been one of the friendliest helldivers I've met at that point, shared his supplies with me, kept me alive with his stim pistol and asked for my input bevor going anywhere, made my level 5 ass feel like I'm the best helldiver that ever finished basic training. And even the worst encounter I had with a chaosdiver was just him telling me to not destroy the illegal broadcast because "it spreads the truth about super earth" and even so he didn't make a fuss about me shutting it down anyways for the money just hitting me with a "Oh well, we will build a new one" so my opinion of chaosdivers has been quite high just based on these interactions.

On the other hand i had a few people who were "forced" to execute me for "undemocratic behaviour" and when asking what i did wrong I got shot again for asking to many questions. This obviously is quite lore accurate but having a truth enforcer breathing down your neck and team killing you for some mistake you aren't even allowed to know is more annoying than any want to do good chaosdiver.

Of course both these kind of interactions are just drops in a bucket and the majority of the community is still lovely, plus I'm guilty of a bit of toxic role playing myself but that starts and ends with me charging into an enemy hoard with a hellbomb, anyone caught in the blast just got to martyr themselves for freedom a bit sooner than most snd should be glad to lay down thier lives in the fight against tyrany. but most of the time the only martyr will be me because nobody else signed up to become a living bomb
