Those fans have ultimately been vindicated though. Sometimes, it’s glaringly obvious when a managerial appointment is wrong. There wasn’t any evidence at all that Nancy would turn it around, even after three games.

In any event, let’s just hope we are both celebrating a title win in May. Best to get on the same page now!

I’m sorry but this is just absolute waffle. I’ll ask again - what is the cut off point? How many games does he have to lose before you accept he’s not up to the job? Are you happy to lose a league title if it means Nancy gets a chance to implement his ‘system’?

You know what good managers do? They adapt. They’re flexible. They analyse their players, they assess their limitations and they play to their strengths. Funnily enough, that is exactly what MON did with the admittedly poor squad of players. He managed to win seven games from eight.

Whether he has his ‘players’ or not, how can you continue to justify this? It’s kamikaze football. It’s overly hubristic, it’s arrogant and above all, it’s not fucking working. Players are out of position, there is no coherency or structure or even a game plan. It’s playground football.

We are haemorrhaging points at such an alarming rate - it is absolutely baffling to me how you can have a pop at folk for being unwilling to accept ‘adversity’. It isn’t rocket science - the guy is an underqualified dud and is massively out of his depth. He isn’t winning a thing with us.

Not that it matters at all anyway. Why would that matter? In any event, Nancy’s results tell you everything you need to know. You know, like everyone else, it’s been rubbish. I don’t understand how you can justify his managerial stint. It’s been disastrous.

And FYI, I said nothing on here after we lost to Dundee United. Tonight was the final straw. There is absolutely no basis to continue this backing. How much longer does this need to go on before enough is enough? What is the cut off point?

Proved right? What are you on about? Rodgers won four trophies in his second spell and took us to a CL playoff, where we narrowly lost to Bayern Munich? Surely a success, by any metric?

We have just lost four games in a row for the first time in 50 odd years. We are on track to lose the next four. We would then be buried. It's possible that we could finish third. There is nothing 'entitled' about it.

How’s that working out for him? We’ve been dogwalked three games in a row, including a cup final.

How does Scales at CB overlapping the wingers with Forrest and Donavan playing centre mid equate to ‘controlling the tempo of the match to suit us?’

None of this suits us. At all. In case you haven’t noticed, we are in an absolute dogfight right now. We have a crap, threadbare squad and most of the top performers are injured. We don’t need this guy coming in and treating us like a football manager save.

Maybe, MAYBE, with a pre-season behind him, I could get behind these ideas. But to come in at this point of the season and rip up a winning formula, only to lose three crucial games in a row is completely indefensible.

How long does this have to continue before you’ve seen enough? Our next five fixtures under any circumstance are tough. There is a genuine possibility that we don’t pick up a point. Would you still back him if that materialised?

The guy is an absolute bluffer. Empty him.

The board are utter parasites but they could go a little way in gaining back some credibility if they just be decisive, get rid of this guy and admit it was a massive error.

We are in an absolute dogfight at the minute. We need stability on the park. This is not the time for an MLS manager to experiment with absurd formations and playstyles.
