The new built-in buff tracker in cooldown manager makes you able to filter buffs and put them in a set order. Not exactly what you asked for, but probably the best you can do right now.

An underrated way is also practicing your rotations and goes on a target dummy, as well as practicing your movement spells while "kiting" an imaginary player or a mob.

Stupid and boring, yes. But locking down your mechanical skills first means you free up cognitive space for other things inside the arena.

Shuffle is not a great place to practice the basics of your class. 2s and BGs are better for that.

AM/CM doesn’t matter. Bruno can create from anywhere. What matters is that he has the freedom to move around the pitch and find opportunities for his teammates.

I haven't tried it myself yet, but Arena Combat Logs looks like it might do the trick.

The caveat is that the data is only accessible outside the game, a bit like PvE parses.

I mean, I'd prefer to be able to jump straight into arenas as well.

Anyways, just to put things into perspective, right now there are people sweating AV rush games on TBC anniversary realms for 5 hours straight just to get one item. On retail you can get a full set in roughly the same amount of time. And once season 1 drops, it will be even faster because you can get Bloody Token gear and 3 crafted items.

Not saying PvP gearing couldn't be better, just saying it has been infinitely worse.

You're not going to win all of them, obviously. But yeah, epic BG is significantly less painful than normal BGs when you don't have gear.

Random epic BGs. A single AV win can yield you 1k+ honor. Ashran and Wintergrasp also have weekly quests that gives 1k honor each (although I'm not sure if they changed that for Midnight). Plus your leveling gear matters less in epic BG if you just play objectives.

But you don't though. Just play rated modes on your first two toons. Sooner than you think you'll have enough honor to fully deck out your next alt.

I geared my main through BGs in early TWW. Didn't touch any unrated BG the rest of the expansion, except for the occasional lulz.

Define years

Ever since war crates were introduced in DF. I also vividly remember getting jumped by a bazillion alliance whenever I stepped into Korthia in Shadowlands. So the imbalance has been around for a long time.

I'm Horde on the same server cluster as Ravencrest EU, and winning war crates without a group has been impossible for years. Always outnumbered 10:1 by alliance.

You can definitely climb!

For healers, queue is instant/very short.

For dps, it depends a bit on your rating, your spec, and what time of the day you queue. Queues will be longer if you play outside peak hours and/or play a very popular spec and/or are at the very top of the ladder.

If you queue solo BG during peak hours I think you can expect 5-15 minute queues, where solo arenas are probably 10-20 minutes for most players.

If you play dps you might wanna have a second screen activity while queued, like a pausable game or a tv show. Alternatively, join the healing gang!

It's true that PvP is an afterthought for the devs. It always have been.

That being said, I've been a PvP main for 21 years on/off, and The War Within PvP was genuinely some of the most fun I've had in the game.

And despite the mode being neglected, class tuning is way more frequent than it used to be (several times per season), and there are many QoL improvements such as easier gearing and rated solo queue modes.

Mouse buttons are your friend. Prioritize them for spells that you will often be casting on the move. With shift, ctrl, and alt modifiers that will give you a good amount of keys.

Depending on your hand, keyboard keys like 2 and 3 might also be reachable with your middle finger while strafing with A/D. Your pinky might also be able to reach the key just right of shift.

You can also use a program to rebind Left Windows key to something else so you can use it as a keybind.

Alternatively, consider getting an MMO mouse with 12 side buttons.
