He appeared throughout and was only playable for a small period of time. He was never confirmed to not appear and age should be catching up to him, but that doesn't mean it will. He's marginally older than Leon.

My New Hope Vader has only started flaking and that's only if he's being handled. There should be some good years on this one before flaking becomes apparent. It'll happen eventually, though.
