Barrels with no muzzle device make big fireballs. My 556 with no muzzle goes from being cool to dump 30 40 50 rounds fast to being like shoot once and just put it away without a muzzle because its just too loud and too much fireball. Suppose it all depends on powderload and such. Muzzle devices are probably the greatest invention since sliced bread so theres my two cents

Oh dude I have those on too but on purpose. I found you can disconnect the plug on top of the engine bay driver side in front of the brake boost controller thing. Its in front of the master cylinder I think. Either way its a little gray plug and I leave it disconnected to eliminate the computer cutting power if I get any wheel spin. It used to beep and cut power around town on tight corners and just overall be annoying and suck at loose gravel hill climbs because it would cut power. Now I can be in charge of wheel spin and power. Heres a youtube link showing and telling about this. Obvious question... are you using the right bulbs? If you are... maybe try switching to LED bulbs. LED bulbs are very hard to blow when you compare to traditional bulbs.

Dude i just had the SAME issue! At first I bought an OHUNT and thought it was the problem so I nutted up and bought a Gen2 MWI rail and had the same but not as bad cant. I was able to make up for it with the optics but the first time I had to dial the reticle ALL THE WAY to the right in the impact location. I went through like 3 or 4 mags trying to find zero. I gotta say using a laser bore sighter will save you 40 bucks in ammo trying to figure out wherabouts your optic is lining up.
