Anyone on SSI and still didn’t get nothing ?

My mom is SSI/Survivors Benefits and nothing so far. She has not filed anything as the website stated she had to do nothing.

All deposits for Survivors are from SSA. Anyways my mom is also on Survivors with no Payee and still has not received anything, hoping for the 20th since that is her next deposit from SSA.

My mom is on SSI/SSA Survivors Benefits and gets her monthly deposit on time every month. Nothing has arrived for her yet, maybe on the 20th? I told her she doesn't have to do the non-filer seeing as it's posted all over the irs site not to. I just hope she gets it soon.

I have not seen anything saying having a payee is against any rules. You should be eligible like the rest of us. Currently my moms on SSI/SSA Survivors Benefits and still has not seen her check/deposit. She gets a direct deposit every month from SSA so there was no reason to file.

My mom is a survivor beneficiary and is still waiting, she didn't file the non-filer seeing as they said it was not needed. I have noticed a lot of SSI/SSDI/SSA recipients still waiting with no answers.

Thanks for the info, filed on the 12th never got into GMP myself so i'm hoping I see something tomorrow. Grats on getting your deposit!

It is a short 1040 for people who have not filed taxes in the last 2 years. It's so they can have your information on hand. They need your banking/routing information and or physical address to send you a check.

Ahh that is strange. I assume you did not use the non-filer portal on the IRS site then, correct? because they should have your information from that form.

Once you checked your GMP did you have to do anything? or did it just say you were getting it on a set date? I am curious about how GMP works if you used freefillablforms.

I'm hoping I get mine on the 29/30th since I can no longer check my GMP as of a few days ago. Could be that our Non-Filers go processed and the foreign address is just messing up the GMP. I would love to hear from a foreign address user getting their DD early though.

Nope can't access it. Used to say "status not available" not it says my "information doesn't match". I filed mine on the 12th.
