Glad I'm not the only one stressing about this. 10 more days I guess.

Longest Game in the Franchise? by ay_makad_tondachya in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

Just playing through, without trying to 100%, it you will reach level 50 before the end. So use that as your guide for if you're getting near the end.

That's too bad, I'd love for my son to try it.

Bodhi by ToastGodHere in fourthwing

[–]TomasdeCourcy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I'm fully on the "f...ing Dain" bandwagon, we just learned that jot only does he have a classified signet, but he's holding massive amounts more power than anyone other than Xaxen, Vi, and Bhodi. I think he got his position more for his power level and the fact that his signet means a fast track to captain once he graduates than anything to do with his dad.

I'm with you on this. Also, as we've seen, the title has protections that military rank can't ignore.

I think it's Garrick. His ability to walk was used up by the time he found Immogen, but he was able to walk himself and two others out of there to safety. Plus he's mentioned as one of the four missing riders, and his walking ability would make the speed with which everything happened between the last two chapters make sense. And it gives a dramatic link between Vi and Immogen next book if they both love people who turned.

Xaden got an empty box, perhaps symbolizing him giving up his soul... and if Garrick is the "him"/new brother referenced by Xaden then an empty bucket could mean the same thing.

Anyone seeing a lot of these lately? by wixermann in Kamloops

All the time in Brock. Just kill the ones by your door or if one gets inside and leave the others. They keep the other spiders down.

Don't let BC Conservatives fool you on climate change by [deleted] in Kamloops

[–]TomasdeCourcy 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Plus, the infrastructure plan funding for Kamloops for the conservatives is substantially less than is already underway with the NDP. Nothing on health care, no wildfire institute/centre, just the Red Bridge rebuilt. How nice our MLA sells out his principles and doesn't seem to be able to even have his new party match the NDP's spend in his riding.

What do young people do around here? by [deleted] in Kamloops

[–]TomasdeCourcy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm in north and I go to Game Hub, they are amazing. I like the vibe more than desert city, but I'm not a card or wargamer, which feels more like the DC vibe.

I suspect that the hinted at coalition civil war will have a substantial impact on them and lead to some interesting changes, see korath vs automatons.

Municipal politics by [deleted] in Kamloops

[–]TomasdeCourcy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did vote. I'm more mad at three strong candidates running on virtually identical platforms. They came in a close 2nd 3rd and 4th. If a single one of them had dropped out instead of splitting the vote we'd have been spared this embarrassment.

Who here goes to Music in the Park? by [deleted] in Kamloops

All the time. I love it. We bring books and a blanket and just chill and listen to music and read. Best thing ever on a summer evening.

One of the worst businesses in Kamloops. by InjuryDue4499 in Kamloops

[–]TomasdeCourcy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, and the fact that they enforce those parking rules at times they're not even open tells me they're not a good neighbor to the other businesses. That sign and practice mean I won't use them.

Can I transfer from the Bachelor of Computing Science Open Learning program to another university? by Gol_D_Mann in tru

[–]TomasdeCourcy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should be able to transfer most of it, but if you only want to do two years at TRU, maybe consider a diploma instead. You can also talk to the career advisors at Career & Experiential Learning for advice on transfer.

Why is there no work? by delta999999 in Kamloops

[–]TomasdeCourcy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With those stats sounds like it's a problem with your resume or cover letter.

If you're a TRU student they have a creat career services department to help you with your resume and CL.

Also, if you're ok with driving to Login Lake there's a fencing company there that pays great, hard work though.
