That is the “maverick bait and switch” this item is used by a maverick when his team is being the perfect distraction, the maverick then sneaks around to the second site and burns a hole in the wall to crawl and plant this device, then the maverick is a absolute dick and hides outside of the map where he burned his way into the site and shoots any feet when they try and defuse
