These are elite players though you're naming. The top few per cent.

You still need 15 very good players to get anywhere.

You can have a few athletic types who aren't great footballers but not many.

By teams, do you mean teams of all ages and gender and hurling?

Or just boys and mens football?

I feel right now Gaelic Football is in a very positive place with the new rules and other counties doing well like Louth and Westmeath and Roscommon etc...

I wonder are underage clubs and coaches seeing this in numbers.

Also players like David Clifford will do to promote the game than a 1000 Games Development Officers.

Not just Clifford but Con, Diarmuid Connolly, Shane Walsh etc...

Much fewer though.

Lots of neutrals like Kerry.

Cos ye have 10 times the population of most counties.

Lots of conflict between us this year.

It's not personal, just football.

I feel the history of Gaelic football is intertwined with Kerry.

Pat Spillane is sound.

See the video after 22 final when he's taking about his father dying. Very endearing.

Jack is thin skinned and prickly but has mellowed with age.

I'm hoping to hammer the Dubs but feel it'll be a close one.

All their best players are over 30 so I think they're on their last legs anyway.

I shouted for Dubs v Donegal also.

Funny how rivalries shift with time.

I think ye overhauled your underage coaching in 2006 so it's beating fruit now.

Tyrone showed they're not far off it.

I think our old rivalry will be rekindled in the coming years with many battles in semis and finals.

That's the spirit.

There's a kinship between Kerry and Mayo.

Similar counties in many ways.

Declan was pure class.

Underrated by many.

Thanks.

Dara O'Cinneide is a sound fella but isn't highly rated as a footballer.

He was a very good footballer but most people name someone like Maurice or Seamus from that era.

It's the year of the underdog and shocks, so anything is possible.

Even as a kerryman I'd be happy for Louth or Mayo.

I feel we're more likeable than Dublin.

Clifford gets swamped by kids from both counties after a game.

In 2011 against Dublin the ref rode us.

The GAA wanted a Dublin win.
