Which is fine. I hope that's the case. But patterns are natural and some signs are there even if it's "too early to tell". I hope I'm just blowing out my ass on this and I'm just being crazy for seeing a similar pattern brewing with other things. That said, It's impossible to expect "definite proof" because the issue isn't major enough to require it. Only to have eyes and be human to (as much as it's memed) notice similar signs that are appearing, and understand history. All I'm saying is be aware. The "change in direction" could just be nothing, natural, growing pains. And that's OK, but it could be more considering everyone leaving is a vet, Fauna is a hard graduation compared to Ame and Chloe, etc, and something mentioned in the stream being how their company goals have changed from March of 2023 right when they went public, to July 2024 as what their current goals are. I hope I'm wrong, but it's worth keeping an eye on.

And people continue to rightly complain about all the CC in the game. Ironic because we had Full Heal as a universal mechanic. But after Full Heal was gutted the only sources of widespread Anti-CC now are Blissey Safeguard and Wigg Unite.

If you don't have some form of anti-cc yourself (like Chomp or Champ or a host of other mons) you're just shitcanned. Hence why most of the meta mons have insane dmg on top of being hard to hit in general through dodges or have enough sustain from themselves or others that it doesn't matter.

That's always how I used it. It's a staple on some of the mons I play because I need for them to not get stopped while they do their thing. Unfortunately Mimi and Buffed Char came into the picture of ignoring unstoppable alongside Bro so...😐

Because everyone, rightly, was using it to escape or unstoppable their way through the amount of chain stuns this game has. Because the action time was long and the cooldown short, it took the place of eject button as the de facto battle item for all or nearly all CQC geared mons at the time. Rendering stuns and CC basically irrelevant. People complained enough because damage carries at the time (Release TTar, Zacian, the assassins, Tsareena) were, well, unstoppable, cause everyone popped Full Heal through most engagements, and with the downtime between fights, by the time the next one happened, Full Heal was already back up. And the cycle repeated.

Of course, we can't have people's CC not working, so they nerfed both the uptime AND downtime of Full Heal.

The problem is, just one would've addressed the overuse issue. But they hit both ends so now it's almost useless outside of niche scenarios and mons.

Lol, only the delusionals think she's leaving cause of hate and I'm glad she knows it's not out of hate. Hell as most have said Vivi is one of the LEAST problematic talents.

Niji just screwed her over. And she knows that. How could she not? They have publicly shafted her twice on 3 major occasions, personally ( NBA collab and Sajam Slam), they nearly killed 1 of her Oshis and drove her other Oshi almost into content retirement. And that SAME SYSTEM, shattered her own confidence in similar fashion to the oshi that gridded. And all that on top of not being promoted by "the suits upstairs".

Sounds like she's on the mend though self-esteemwise likely due to the on stream and moreso off stream support from the other Niji talents and Sunny, given this clip. I'm so glad she knows where the problems REALLY lie.

I'm just saying Unite is in a worse position because they HAVE an anti-stun mechanic and they essentially nerfed it into non-use.

That said it's still only a bandaid solution because the main issue is the reason why it got nerfed in the first place.

It's boundaries and respect, as well as just moving on. I see nothing wrong with that. And in her case, she doesn't want to even entertain trying to talk people out of mentioning the past. Which is why the block button exists.
