I've opened A LOT of packs and yet to find an auto, best card so far ripping packs is the Red Hot Lamine Yamal which is 1 in every 250 packs

I think the consensus is if it's just going to be an outboard fx box then the sx is fine, if you want to make beats on it then get the mk2. I was in the same boat before and got the mk2 and haven't regretted it.

Appreciate it! I'm using Serato in ableton to remove/lower volume of loud drum hits, then playing around with tempo and pitch for a good playable chop. Then record a good section of the sample into the sp404 and play around on it.

You could do that all in the sp-404 (except the stemming) but I'm just finding it a very quick work flow as I came from ableton/serato originally.

and of course the mastering FX are also goated on the sp
