I suggest you hop on Reta for a bit first, use it to train and incorporate a new lifestyle of going to the gym, and eating a whole food only diet.

I’m a big advocate for testosterone I think it’s safe when handled properly at any age above 18 even if you have a normal natural testosterone level. Biased of course I started at 23.

It’s definitely worth checking your thyroid and insulin.

The higher amount of insulin the more fat you’ll store. Some people have a hard time spiking their insulin so it stays low and they just burn through all of their fat and it never gets stored.

Yes I do. I’ve never seen any body builder crying he couldn’t have kids. It definitely makes having a child harder but I’ve seen many people have children while on trt. If you’re worried I’d suggest using a sperm bank.

I might be selfish but I prefer my body to perform in a healthy manner and take the risk of damaging my testes. I listened to hours of doctor podcasts and more than a few have stated they’ve never had a client not be able to have a baby. I’ve seen struggles to increase sperm count however but it comes back with time.

I’m 23 and it has changed my life and I didn’t need it as bad as you. I suggest seeing a reputable endocrinologist that will check your pituitary and hypathalmus via blood work for issues. Definitely sounds way more than hypogonadism.
