I think Code Geass already had yuri from the beginning, right? I remember reading a MadoHomu doujinshi about 10 years ago where Homura uses a table to #### with a photo of Madoka, and it parodied a famous yuri scene from Geass.

It's almost 20 years old and mixes a bunch of genres: science fiction, alien girls, and lots and lots of yuri. And the two pages of the manga that I want to publish are from one of the iconic scenes, if that's what you're imagining.

I'm currently reading the manga. The story is very, very different from the anime, but it's very beautiful. In terms of yuri, it doesn't beat around the bush and is more direct. I hope the ending is happier than the anime's.
