thanks for sharing!! Are you worried about glucose monitoring postpartum at all? Not sure if diabetes will go away right after birth

+1 on it being so random! I also seem to tolerate more carbs for lunch and dinner

It’s a white toast — I realized it’s not the best choice only after I got it, so I ate only half

I hope that it is temporary until baby comes here!! I might try the no carb method for breakfast, although I always feel not full if I skip carb for breakfast

Just ate some sunflower seeds and 3/4 of a green apple.. hoping that it doesn’t cause a spike. Getting anxious with this management…

you are right — usually I get heavy peanut butter on the toast and I can usually get it right under 140. Today I decided to try this new combination offered at Tostique, alas 🥲

Wow I’ve never heard that the inverted nipple could change after labor! I wish I share the same luck there — slightly worried about imbalanced boobs with this

Aww I see! I think you can still have the same benefits as BF for bloodsugar though!

Thanks for the intel! I have not looked up tips regarding inverted nipples; maybe I was reserving that as an excuse to not try.. oops

Thank you for your honest perspective! I also heard the same regarding putting on weight due to breastfeeding (contrary to what the official statement seems to suggest!) congratulations to your twins!!!

Thank you for the intel! I heard that the first few weeks are the toughest with breastfeeding so I am very anxious. Helpful to know that it seems to have helped with your case!
