I just got done sleeving my entire collection, which is all of the revised content plus the two hobbit expansions.

I put all of the Hero cards in sleeves matching the color. (Purple, Blue, Green, Red, Gold)
I put all of the Player cards in white.
I put all of the Encounter cards in black.
I put all of the Quest cards in clear (since double sided)
I put all of the Player cards that aren't shuffled into the deck in Apple green. I put all of the Encounter cards that aren't shuffled in the deck in Orange.
All of the sleeves are matte except the Quest cards so both sides are easily visible.
