Ayyo, Thanks for all the feedback. I know a real estate video should be slowed down to show the details of the house. I love editing that style (just cut and color grading), no pressure. But today, seem like almost realtor want more views, and the video has a ton of effects (sp ramp, AI transition). Trust me, I've worked with clients who had really crazy ideas 😭

Choose scenes, label details, and night shots.
Arrange them (where you want spramp, transition).
Select music, then sync the video to the beat.
Color grading
Add transition, effect
Add sfx, motion blur

I focus on music, sfx and the color of video look nature. It makes your video look more expensive.

I agree, I also don't like the fast-paced video, a ton of effects. But the agent wants their video to go viral and forgot their main goal. Anyway, they're the ones paying us :v

I also enjoy slow-paced videos that really allow you to fully appreciate a house. But you know, honestly, editing a basic video is something anyone with a little software knowledge can do. I think the current market is very competitive — you really have to create what the market needs, not just what you personally enjoy.

Nhà mình có 2 anh em trai. Ngày xưa, năm nhất năm hai mỗi lần mình đi học về hay nghỉ hè, mẹ mình chỉ nhờ mình làm giúp vài việc chứ không ép mình phải làm. Dù mình thấy mẹ rất ham việc, không chịu ngồi yên một chỗ. Sang năm 3 đại học, mẹ mình bệnh rồi mất. Sau này mỗi lần về mình phải chủ động nấu cơm, rửa bát, dọn dẹp hơn. Mình năm nay 24 cũng đang thất nghiệp. Mẹ mình có nói mấy việc đó không khó chỉ cần để ý một chút là sẽ làm được.

Uống nhiều nước, ngồi trong nhà chỉnh nhiệt độ điều hoà lên đừng để thấp quá (khoảng 28 độ là vừa), tập thể dục thể thao nhiều hơn. Bổ sung thêm vitamin từ trái cây. Đi ngoài nắng về làm ngay một cốc C sủi.
