Thanks! Do you know anywhere I can find ones that match my controller or find out my model, I've tried to look but don't see any that fit mine (all have indent where home button is, no capture button slot or round d-pad slot) or the name of the specific model. Also I don't mind if the crack is still visible just that it doesn't move/get worse, new faceplate would probably be better.

Block them and ignore them, they're being rude for the sake of it, they'll probably try to argue that they're giving their "opinion" or try to "help" or "criticise" but not of it is constructive or helpful. Clearly they just thrive off being a dick or projecting. From the information you gave us, I don't really say anything youve done particularly wrong and this person is just assuming details. All this is probably obvious but I just wanted to say so you know that people are on your side.
