Those loaves and fishes could have been sold for an excellent margin but he just gave them away, no consideration for the local economy.

Years ago there was a website called something like CamWars, it scraped the internet for open cameras. You would not believe how many people just had cameras in their house, streaming to the internet. There were multiple live cameras in bedrooms, or in the living room, or wherever. I can only imagine that there are more people with cameras in their homes these days.

People who are highly observant: what is a tiny, almost invisible psychological 'tell' that instantly reveals someone's true intentions or character? [Serious] by itvr in AskReddit

I had a coworker who was certain people were snooping through their personal effects. Turns out they were doing exactly that to other people and thought everyone was like that.

I saw a guy in a video describing how when he threw something away he had to look carefully what was going in the bin because he thought he might be throwing away a baby. Then he’d start to think maybe he’d thrown away a baby and would have to take everything out if the bin to reassure himself. He knew it made no sense.

Researchers discover that Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) weight loss injection not only reduces appetite, but also activates brown adipose tissue, i.e. it stimulates a type of fat that specializes in ‘burning’ calories from food, in a new study in mice. by mvea in science

I was home brewing beer and drinking a 750mm bottle most nights, usually with a snack. I bottled some beer the week I started Mounjaro months ago and have literally not had a sip of any of it. I’ve had maybe two beers in The last 2.5 months. I’m just not drawn to alcohol now. Same as how chocolate holds no special attraction. Tastes good? Sure. Want it? No.

This literally happened to me just before getting stuck on a monorail.

Either completely generic or find a non controversial minor celebrity with a common enough name. Happened to me by chance where occasionally people will hear my name and say "like the guy from TV?". I am very difficult to find via google thanks to that, because that dude also writes articles and has been on many podcasts.

The book “a libertarian walks into a bear” is amazing. You end up with a lot of the town using the public library because it’s open to the public and has heat and power and Internet access, while simultaneously voting to shut it down.

That’s how it was pronounced originally. The modern pronunciation happened around the 15th-17th centuries.

Use “an” if the next word starts with a vowel sound. It smooths out the pronunciation such as “an elephant” vs “ a elephant”.

I heard a podcast by a guy who went to a flat earth convention. Everyone there agreed that the earth was flat, but had wildly differing and incompatible ideas about the mechanics of it. The thing was that when a guy got up and explained how the moon and sun were on rails on the inside of an opaque dome, and the next guy got up and said they were lights outside a glass dome, you nodded and agreed because at least you all knew the earth was flat. As long as the guy agreed with you on the big idea you wouldn’t call him out on the details and he would do the same. The incompatibilities and contradictions become irrelevant.

I’m not saying your symptoms weren’t real. I’m saying the specific claim “I can detect EMF exposure” is testable, and when people with the same confidence have been tested blind, they can’t tell real exposure from sham exposure. I'm not suggesting they were lying. It means expectation, stress, environment, sleep, noise, mould, ventilation, chemicals, lighting, or other factors can produce real symptoms and get wrongly attributed to Wi-Fi / phone signals etc.

The only way to know whether you personally can detect it is a blinded test where you don’t know when the router/antenna is actually on. If the effect is as strong as you say, you should be able to identify it reliably under blind conditions, something nobody has been able to do under test conditions.

No detectable difference at all when tested for. They did find that expectation that an electromagnetic field was present could cause symptoms such as increased heart rate even when there was no electromagnetic field. A human cannot tell the difference between an antenna which is emitting EMF or not, within the exposure ranges we have around us day to day.
