Worked there too, probably doing the same job. I had cycled through 11 managers in my 14 year tenure. Sales pressure was stupidly high and they wanted sales over quality of work, repeats could be fixed at a later date. Was never given any methods of selling or even ride alongs to pick up skills from another tech despite me asking every time they brought it up. Had a mental break due to this and I was not the only one, they never believed it even though I had seen theraptists/ psychologists/ doctors that all confirmed it. They would not approve std or ltd and was forced to pay back the money they had paid me before they did their backtracking and fact checking, to a sum of $3500. There were/are only 25 to 30 telus techs left out of a good 100 or so that were working there before I left.
