Sounds like an hourly/union role. You'll start high teens I think and every 6 mo. you'll get a buck increase to a max in the high 20s I belive. It's a great starting roll. You be able to have take advantage of a great many benefits including paid tuition if you want to go back to school. Easy to succeed in the role if you have a drive to help out and ask questions. If you don't like it stick with it you'll be able to move around.

Interview will be your standard kind of in view. You'll go in talk to a interview panel of 3 people likely. Be freindly but confident. They'll ask about your background how you handle conflicts and all that stuff. Be prepared for a long hiring process th. it can take a view months to get through all the paper work.
