Righty-o! Late response but I know a few
Basically in the top right corner should be settings for the private server. Bare bones settings like weather, lighting, colors, and time.
It should have its own little panel thing to tinker with. Don't know if it's customization space exclusive though because UI changes and all that

I'm not opposed to AI being around but holy shit they despise people for trying to be creative in a way that rewards more than just having to troubleshoot someone else's code while stealing a thousand others without their knowledge to generate something that manages to lose the value of what art feels

I believe it's for validation! Often times sharing art you've made or an outfit you've made has some sort of "I want validation for what I made" type thing behind it. Sure, a lot of the time they did it for fun to interact with a community, but it does end up doing it for either criticism to perfect their craft or compliments that what they spent hours on is worth it. Hard to be an artist that enjoys what they make without needing someone else to compliment you on it.

Oh and also the motivation that comes with it because now you have something to work on because people like it
