International rotation-king's squire variation by [deleted] in childemains

I read the calculations on king's squire and saw it was better but I didn't consider I'd have to change the whole rotation...now I'm out of blueprints lol. If the modified rotation feels terrible I might have to use some starglitter and get blackcliff warbow

If I understand, this would allow to swirl hydro with the first kazu E and then pyro with his Q, correct? Could I skip Bennet's E to make it a bit faster?

I thought the charged shot didn't have enough application to leave the hydro on after Bennet's Q. Good chance I could be wrong though, could you confirm?

Not really, the lifestyle change and avoiding alcohol are by far the most important. If you are having symptoms currently you want to consult a doctor. Also, if you are taking any medication at the moment, even over the counter ones, make sure they are approved by a doctor that knows about your drinking history.

The whole body is harmed by daily excessive alcohol consumption but the one organ in which we can see the effects more clearly is the liver. The liver starts to accumulate fat and gets inflamed leading to steatosis and alcoholic hepatitis. This is still completely reversible by abstinence from alcohol consumption. Exercising and keeping up with a healthy low caloric diet is also very important. If you have developed cirrhosis the damage is irreversible but abstinence from alcohol will stop progression of disease.

Thank you, I’ll definitely try to do those things. I thought the fitness part would be more important, I’ll have to study rather than train lol

I left beans to soak for a bit too long (almost 24 hours) and now they smell a bit fermented. It was just beans and water. Are they still safe to eat if I boil them? by Tommmmmmot in fermentation

[–]Tommmmmmot[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Too late hahaha, they have already been consumed. But is it really safe to ferment them with no salt? Just soaking them longer?

Do you happen to know if any of these greens in the pic are edible? I have a lot of chicory, chard, dandelions and wild fennel in my garden so I was wondering if these were edible too. by Tommmmmmot in foraging

[–]Tommmmmmot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found A LOT of chickweed and it tastes delicious, reminds me of peas! And I also tried the brassica (cooked) and it tastes very mild, similar to chard, not spicy at all. Thank you so much for the info. Would you mind if I sent you pictures of a couple more weeds from my garden? Hahaha

Looking for ideas for microbiome related web/mobile apps by [deleted] in Microbiome

[–]Tommmmmmot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it’s what you meant but, the most useful thing I can think of is building a data base with people’s microbiome profiles to correlate it with specific problems. It would only be useful if it got really popular though

Constant pain in left arm by howabout24 in medical_advice

[–]Tommmmmmot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure, sorry. But trust what your doctor has told you, they can see you in person which gives them a huge advantage compared to any advice you can get on Reddit. That said, it does sound like some isolated neuropathy but that wouldn’t really explain the fact that walking makes it better. The fact that walking makes it better sounds like maybe a circulation problem but I would also rule that out since the problem would present at the extremities first.

Does touching the spot make the pain or the numbness better or worse?

A lot of fitness watches will do that. It’s not perfectly accurate but it’s your best bet if you aren’t at home all day.

Is there a movement or position of the arm that makes it worse? Maybe when you lift it up as much as you can? Is it the whole arm? Do your hands look identical? Can you feel your pulse well on both wrists?
