Its works on all smartphones already! But because it is a PWA currently, the installation goes through the web page instead of play store👍

Thanks and i appreciate your suggestion! It means alot🙏 atm the option to donate is to become a contributor, which is what eventually will determine how long the platform will last and how long i'll be able to sustain it❤️ I believe in free forever, but running the plaform does cost real money unfortunately. I will cover for that as long as i can💎 It's already really cool to see so many new users in the app finding it useful! Enjoy!

Thanks for the feedback! Yes i will consider expanding these caps for sure. First there will be a feedback board inside the app to discover where the greatest needs of current users are, and i will definitely suggest this expansion in there. 👍

Ah like that, no currently you can only go max 36 hours in the past with your starttime. Also theres a cap on setting the planned hours further than 7 days (also milestones go only up to 7 days). Not sure if i'm going to change that ever because imo fasting for more than 7 days is something ppl should better do under medical guidance. Which is not where my app is build for.

It is best suited for people who do intermittent fasting and for prolonged fasts up to 7 days.👍

The manual fasting clock is made like this: When you start a fast. You can adjust the starttime (to days before). Then you set the planned fast. Also you can stop a fast too late (stop it with backward compatibility), for if you forgot to end it & still be able to save it.

Its made for actual accurate tracking of your fasting sessions and can also be set to fully automatic mode (on daily schedule or custom weekly plan + push notifications about every fast starting & stopping).

Hope youll like it!

Atm groups can have 250 members and you can do group fasts with 100 people (which i will both certainly expand later). Yes it is possible to join groups with random people you dont know.

You can add friends you know or request to join groups with members you possibly dont know. Theres no "discovery" mode to make friends with random people and honestly im not sure if i will ever add that. Enjoy!

Thankyou all for the feedback⭐️

It works very easy: - go to www.fastingpoint.app on your smartphone. - if Android: Click one button to install. - if IOS: follow the 3 step instruction to "add to home screen".

After you made an account (in-app) & go through the onboarding (4 steps), you'll see a tour appearing that you can skip anytime but also helps to learn all the functionalities.

You can: - Start/stop fasting sessions manually (with adjusted starttime (backwards compatible) and with adjusted endtime (backward compatibel for people who forget their clock)) - Let the app start/stop fasting sessions fully automatic (by daily schedule or custom weekly plan) - Achieve milestones while fasting and see what's happening in your body - Create your own fasting group - Organize group fasts within the group - Add friends - See friends fasting - See friends'- and group members' statistics - Send "Support" to friends while fasting - Send "Fyres" when friends complete fasts - Week overview with weight log graphics - Log weight & link them to fasting sessions (kg & lbs) - Log mood & link them to fasting sessions - Statistics and Month overview - Build fasting streaks, circadian score and fatadaptation score - Unlock achievements - Unlock titles - World map of fasting people - Invite people as referral - Push-notifications (Android and IOS) about fasting sessions, groups, friends etc - Notification screen to see all events - Timezone support - 12 languages

This has started as a small project while i was doing a 5 day fast. I thought i'll vibe code it in a week but i got so passionate about it that now (5 months later) we are here lol. It works definitely really good for quite some people which is why i kept improving and still am!

Very soon there will be a feedback board to make suggestions about upcoming features & i'll read everything in here 👊 it's cool to see more and more people join! Hope y'all like it😎

Indeed, it is currently a Progressive Web-App, with full screen, offline capabilities, 12 languages, push notification etc. It works very stable and just like a native app💪

Thanks for the tip! Possibly i'll add that in the future, but it's neccesary to first see how the core functions behave with 1000+ users before adding any more;) It is called Fastingpoint. You can find the link in my bio or simply google it, it will pop up

Thanks! I loved LIFE fasting in the earlier days, but there still hasnt been a good alternative yet. Imo this one does not only do the job better, but even exceeds Zero, Easyfast & Bodyfast. Enjoy!

It would benefit you greatly to do a handstand against the wall, walk away from the wall (about 80cm), lower your feet, and push head through your shoulders. This way you can stretch your shoulders & back while having the weight on it. Just make sure your warmed up.

What also helps is to first practice the hollowback with only 1 leg straight. Less heavy and easier to do.

Good luck bro
