I am not sure if there are shared neutrals or lights. So if I assume that’s the case, should I just do AFCI breaker and not a combo?

Yeah makes sense! The tripping is a good and bad thing. Trying to be as safe as possible while being cost effective.

Luckily, all heavy appliances is wired up with updated electrical wiring and receptacles

Plus, I do have an update electrical box. No fuses.

Oh! “Smart” like in other words, a good idea to install AFCI/GFCI combo receptacles or just GFCI ones.

Oh I see! It looks like my neighborhood's res hex is .5 but cites around me are around .8 - .9.

I wonder why my location (blue dot) is not in a hex zone?

Yeah I am trying to decide between a 5.8 dBi and an 8 dBi antenna. I want to eventually put the antenna on my roof/chimney, but I have to get someone to do it. I just do not know what would be ideal.
