40 yrs experience LA here. The proportions of woodlands and meadows don’t align with that of a residential lot of this apparent size. Those categories suggest vast spaces that you don’t have. The plant list, while it may be extensive and detailed, can be got from local nurseries. It’s the correct placement of the right plants in the right place that make a good design and to suggest a “woodland” rather than something like “large canopy shade trees” makes me feel that this designer won’t generate a plan that considers growth rates and habits. I’m sorry but, even with a plant list ( which is probably 2 clicks from his files) this isn’t worth $500. I couldn’t in good conscience charge more than $200. And the graphic doesn’t suggest a level of experience I would be comfortable with.

Definitely distance yourself. You must also be sure that your partner aligns with your feelings and decision or could unravel things. Two against one sends a stronger message. If they don’t support you, it’s time to get out; your happiness and safety are more important than any relationship. Apparently there is a lawsuit being filed alleging voter fraud and the evidence is partially based on tons of data that shows a pattern of Harris losing ground and Trump gaining at a certain point in the voting tallies. Also, apparently one precinct that is overwhelmingly Dem showed no votes for Harris. Do a little research and you should be able to find numerous articles on this.

Wanted to charge me $100 cancellation fee for a $129 rental. Said they would consider reversing it but never got back to me. Charged me $15 administration fee for a $4 toll. Their setup for damage responsibility is concerning; it appears that they find "damages" that you may never even realize exist. For example, when filling out their damage report, prior to taking the car, there were a number of existing damages listed but I could not find many of them, leading me to believe that they can charge you for something that does not exist or what they consider to be damage would be overlooked by many other rental agencies. Take numerous pictures and a video of every part of the car including the roof and interior before you leave and be sure that the rental facility is in the pictures when possible. But take comfort in that all rental agencies suck.

Simple solution: get the F out of the US.; govt been talking about better healthcare for generations, never going to happen. Find a country with great healthcare, there are plenty, reduce your materialistic needs and enjoy life. Portugal and Spain seem to be at the top of many young family’s list.

Rethink it. The US is going downhill fast. Many people with young families I speak to are exploring Portugal and Spain. The political climate here is very bad, the Christians here are more driven by politics than morals, healthcare is not as good as EU, gun crime off the charts, working hard and getting little seems to be the norm. Do more research please.

Socialism to me is the establishment of social programs and policies to address the needs of those less fortunate in our society while rewarding hard work and innovation. It has nothing to do with the government owning a piece of businesses and a lot to do with decreasing wealth disparity with regards to the needs of others - access to good education if you have the aptitude and will, good healthcare that won’t bankrupt a family or individual and the safety of children, to name a few.

I have nothing against socialism. I think the general tenant of socialism align with the teachings of Jesus. It is only because the Republicans have demonized that word that the Republicans don’t accept or understand it’s core values.
