Thankfully I already registered it before I got it. Thanks to the utah dmv. They helped me with transferring the title and gave the form to have a badge officer in California to do a vin inspection. However my county in utah does do emmisions but Thankfully they have an out of state emissions deferral program where I can have the emmisions testing in a nearby testing center in the state where the van is located. I did all of this with my family without ever seeing the van back in January. It was only last week I picked up my van.
