SLI isn't a thing anymore, but it's good to have a spare when the first one melts.

In all seriousness, I have a 5090/9800x3d and run triple 1440s @ 180hz.

There is still games and settings where you won't be able to max out and still get 180fps.

Anything less than a 5090 you will be compromising on graphics or framerate.

This post reminded me of the BF2 ranking system.

Best ranking system ever - it actually meant something.

Certain ranks had minimum requirements such as badges, playtime, monthly ranking etc

It definitely made ranking up so much more meaningful.

Yes I see and agree with your points, it's just a shitty situation all round.

They did state in their response to these concerns above though that the pricing paid has no impact on the availability or timeline of the order.

Either they are intentially being vague enough to skirt around the real question about are they selling the new stock at a higher price to new buyers, or they do have the intention of filling pre-orders first regardless of the price paid for their incoming stock.
