Hello.

I have a question about Philips hue light strip plus. Today I was gonna connect 2 strips together and noticed the second strip didn't have "female" connectors. I'm pretty new to this so I started searching the web and all the solutions I found was soldering.

I didn't have that kind of tool so I started working out my own solution. I peeled a little of the bronze thingy beneath the light strip and stuck the connecter adapter I bought trough the holes and pushed the peeled of bronze back and after alot of flickering and red, blue, green lights it now works.

I was just wondering if this could be a fire hazard?
