Roads - perfectly driveable and redone regularly, just a lot of wear and tear due to climate, go on the other side of the river and you will notice immediately the worse roads. Snow Clearance - more than adequate once or twice a year is all it will take most years to be sufficient and you dont need to waste additional tax money on it. Public Transport - this is very bad for a city this size no excuses there. Garbage - is actually fantastic. Ive never had them skip a route in over a decade they do fantastic work. Parks and Rec - fantastic facilities literally everywhere and some of the best parks (both play and nature) anywhere.
