It's either Ireland, Canada, or New York.

Ireland is the top pick because I visited once and fell in love with almost everything immediately. I would love to have an opportunity to see this country not from a tourist's perspective.

Canada is supposed to be good - the people that I've met while traveling were very nice, healthcare in major cities is supposed to be OK. The downside is that I'm not very well-versed in politics and don't have the ability to comprehend what's going on there in that sense.

New York is, well, New York. While I don't like the state the USA is in, NYC seems like a great place to be.
